Refund Policy

General Return Policy

Customers may return products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

The product and its packaging are undamaged and in original condition.

Proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exceptions – Harnesses

For harnesses, due to health and hygiene considerations, returns are not accepted if the product has been used.

Items damaged by the customer

Items not in original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for the return.

Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
